It's such a familiar concept, but whoever thought of putting some meat, salad and sauce between two halves of a bun, has the gratitude of pretty much the whole world.
On a Friday night, Chur Burger is packed with groups of people eating to the soundtrack of old-school R&B and laughter. The restaurant keeps things chill and simple with a short menu of only burgers, extras, sides, milkshakes and soft drinks. The burgers aren't overcrowded with ingredients, just a few choice combinations that explode with flavour.
The pulled pork burger was so good that it didn't leave my hands once. It was almost on the sweet side of savoury, with its soft brioche bun and melt-in-your-mouth pork. The red slaw gave it a nice freshness, which was backed up by the creamy fennel mayo. It was definitely up there with one of the best burgers I've ever had.
All in all, Chur Burger has perfected the art that it's famous for, and any place that plays Destiny's Child is the place I wanna be.
